Homemade Granola
3 Tbsp. Cocoanut Oil
1-2 Tbsp. Honey (I used one for a less sweet, toasty flavor)
1 1/2 C. Oats
3/4 C. Sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 450. Whisk together the oil and honey. Stir in the oats and almonds until evenly coated. Spread out oat mixture on rimmed cookie sheet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes with heat off. Store in an airtight jar.
