A.K.A. Oodle Kadoddles

1 C. Semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 C. Chunky peanut butter

1 to 1 1/2 C. pretzels sticks (I use Gltuino Pretzel sticks)

Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave on medium (50%) for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Return to the microwave and heat on medium until smooth in 30-second increments for another 1-2 minutes. Stir in the pretzel sticks and stir until they are all coated. Please on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet in 1 Tbsp. size drops. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Makes 18-24 cookies.

For the record the cookies won’t make it to a week. They are so delicious that they get eaten up FAST.
