My daily vitamin

My daily vitamin is T3. It doesn’t come in a multivitamin; it comes by its self. T3 stands for 3 Things. Every day I list on a dry erase board by my desk three things I wish to accomplish that day having written them in my morning journal first. That’s right, only three things because it’s not too little nor too big. Too little and you won’t feel a sense of accomplishment and too many and you’ll feel you let yourself down by not completing them all. And it can be ANY three things. Here are a few recent examples…

  1. Prepare mailing list for blog post send out

  2. Read

  3. Take a solo walk

Or

  1. Research doing an FB Live for my businesses (more to come on this)

  2. Watch an episode of Station 19 on Hulu

  3. Start a Post Covid-19 Bucket List

And the first item on on my bucket list, to toast the List/Windt family with my mom by having dinner at the Queen Italian Restaurant. (My Grandmother and my dad [her son], both had May birthdays.)
