Granola, made easy

Granola

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Stevia

3/4 C. sliced almonds

1.5 C. Oats (any kind)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Place on a parchment paper-lined rimmed cookie sheet. Spread the mix out so it evenly covers the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Check after 5 minutes, to see if it browning too much on one side and if it is, rotate the cookie sheet. If you like your granola crispier, then bake for 15 minutes.

Use it top fresh fruit, yogurt, or cereal.
